HOW TO SELECT YOUR 5% AND 2% CATEGORIES
1. Go to: https://cashplus.usbank.com. Log in with your 5-digit zip code, last 4 digits of your card number, and your last name.
2. On the next screen, choose whether you’d like to opt in for email and/or text reminder notifications each quarter. Then click on the Choose Categories button.
3. Select 2 categories to earn 5% and 1 category to earn 2% on the screen that follows. You can also use the ‘Estimate cash back’ calculator to see how much cash back you could earn in a year. Then tap on the ‘Activate categories’ button.
4. You’ll then see a confirmation pop-up window. Again, you’ll have the opportunity to opt in to receive reminder notifications via email and/or text to activate your choice categories each quarter.
5. On the last screen you’ll see a final confirmation that your categories for the quarter have been activated. You can either Sign Out or view the other tabs at the top, which are as follows: My Cash Back, Merchants, FAQs, and Reminders.
