Now if you’re doing any research on drop shipping with AliExpress, and you’re looking into some of the pros and cons, we thought today, we would make a video for you to really lay out some of these pros and cons for you and discover why it may or may not be a good option for you. Now, just note, it does come with some risks, but that’s with all businesses. And there are some ways that you can avoid them. So again, we’ve done a ton of research on this, and we’re going to bring our findings to you in this video. So our first pro of drop shipping with AliExpress is the fact that you don’t have to hold any stock. Basically, that’s what drop shipping is your supplier will ship the product directly to your customer. That means that your products and money are not sitting on shelf somewhere. The next Pro is there is a low startup cost. When you’re using AliExpress as parent company Alibaba, most suppliers will require a deposit or a minimum order commitment. That can be a huge issue for some people just starting out. But AliExpress only requires you to pay for what you have sold. Another pro is there’s minimal risk involved. If your business idea doesn’t go exactly the way you wanted, and you find yourself losing money, you’re not stuck holding inventory. This is something that can be a huge issue with typical brick and mortar stores, especially in today’s economy, you also actually need very little capital to get started which is great to note. Also with ally Express, you will have unlimited inventory. This is a great benefit because not only will you not need to hold any inventory, but the amount of inventory your supplier holds really has no limit. That’s because Alli Express is very established and has an impressive amount of inventory for you to access. Another great thing here is you have so much choice, there’s a huge range of products available, which means you’ll be able to find a really niche market to really capture your buyers. Also, another great thing here is there’s tons of flexibility, you’re not holding any stock, so you’re completely flexible about how and where you run your business. Also, because of the huge selection of products on AliExpress. If your initial business plan doesn’t go the way you thought you can always pivot and choose some different products. Now of course with anything, there are a few cons to note. So now we’ll go through some of the cons of using AliExpress for drop shipping. First up, it’s very competitive drop shipping has definitely increased over the last decade, and the competition has increased as a consequence. But this is not just with aliexpress. But with drop shipping as a whole. With that said, when a new hot item does come on the market, it gets saturated pretty quickly with other selling the same products. So the important thing here is to do your research and stay ahead of the curve. Another con is the lack of control. Now obviously communication is key with your suppliers in any business. But you want to do this more when drop shipping…..ran out of the 5k characters limit, sorry guys.
